Catering Sushi to the Pacific Northwest

Kevin Trinh | Owner & Sushi Chef

Kevin was born and raised in Portland Oregon. He was exposed to the restaurant industry from a very young age. During his summers he would travel to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to help his father at the restaurant, Sesame Inn. In 2007 he started his training to become a sushi chef at Tomo sushi in Pittsburgh. He practiced rolling sushi and perfecting his own style of cooking.

Since 2010 he has given his all working for Bamboo sushi. He loved working there but has always wanted to start his own business. Kevin believes that with organic, harvested sustainable fish and local fresh ingredients he will create an unforgettable experience!
